My Perfume is not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, damage or costs that you may directly or indirectly suffer with regards to use of this website or satisfactory fulfillment of your any requirements except the product cost, and warranty that is available to you under the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
5. Shipping cost may vary depending upon items ordered and on your exact location in the United Arab Emirates. Your shipment may take 7 to 10 business days.
6. My Perfume is the most trusted brand in the scents and perfume market and presently shipping the products in the UAE only. You are requested to make your selections of our massive collections of fragrances carefully before making the payments, for best shopping experiences and optimized conveniences. In order to return merchandise to us, you must return the product with no sign of unreasonable use which may lead to reduced value of it, in its original condition with original packaging (shipping slip) within 10 days of the receipt. Our customer service department shall revert back to your given e-mail with confirmation of receipt and verification report, shall initiate the replacement with free shipping of the same product if requested, else refund full amount to you by crediting your same online payment card account from which payment was made, within 10 days of such receipt. The shipping or any cost incurred by you to return the product will not be refunded, unless you prove that our product was defective in quality or package was delivered damaged by the shipper.
7. My Perfume respects the importance of maintaining the privacy of customers’ information submitted or transmitted to us in the course of your online purchase. We follow generally accepted standards and make all reasonable efforts to protect the same, however no 100% guarantee given by My Perfume of such information to be secure over the internet or any other network. Any failure, omission or of rights under the terms available to us, shall not constitute a waiver of such rights nor any un-enforceability of any provisions shall affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions under the terms.

The Terms of services with regards to use and shopping on this website constitutes the entire agreement and understanding with you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising out in this regards shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates for resolution of the same.
